An older Larsa, loosely based of the art in Gamespot's article about the cancelled FFXII sequel, Fortress.
I stumble across Gamespot’s articles, and they break my heart. If any of you have played the game and enjoyed it, you’d be just as disheartened as I am about this, not because you agree with me that the end pairing of Fortress: Final Fantasy was NON-CANON, and not the fact that Larsa was going to be A MAIN CHARACTER, but because this game NEVER saw the light of day. Is there any way we can contact Square Enix and petition them to continue with the development of this game?
Seriously. Gamespot and IGN teasing us with interviews from Final Fantasy XII’s voice actor casting head just a few days ago, nine years after the game’s debut (2006). Then, a gold mine of concept art of an unfinished FFXII sequel leaks on the internet after the bankruptcy of the development company GRIN in 2009. All of these articles appear years after people have stopped talking about FFXII. I’m calling it guys. They’re pumping us up for another Ivalice game in the near future, I can feel it.
What do you guys feel about the game, and how do you think older Larsa would be like?
Again, I love to see him depicted as an Emperor, and it's a pity that they didn't developed the sequel any further. I adore FFXII, and I was so bummed that it was cancelled. I would have loved to play it! (even though I might disagree with the ending!
)I really hope your feelings are right, and we will soon be graced with another game that will bring us back to Ivalice! I hope they will include Bhujerba as well! I adore that floating City!
